Great radio show last night. I heard the topic of hosting come up – any recommendations for a dedicated server?

Well it really depends on how much traffic you’re pushing…I would start small if you’re still new but once you’re making over $100 a day you may want to invest in a dual core dedicated server which runs only about $200/ month, you can also get cheaper ones but you definitely want to invest in quality to ensure the visitors you’re paying for get fast load times.

I heard of some page on the show called Facebook Ads Book or something like that and found the day I listened to the show but cannot recall the name now. If you’ve got a link, that would be great.
