		<description>Breaking focust (temporarily can be super important.  So many people get into a sort of tunnel vision with what they arr working on (especially if you are writing code)... that they can&#039;t tell the forest from the trees.

There has been tons of times where I have consistently missed &quot;the big picture&quot; until I took a break and had time to reflect on what it was that I was really working on in the first place.
