It's always funny to read sour grapes from others who haven't hit their own goals (if they had any), and offer "advice". IMO we set our own glass ceilings and work as hard as we need to achieve them. IMO we set our own glass ceilings and work as hard as we need to achieve them. Setting something challenging always gets me excited.

If not on the blog, at least to people in my circle. Public commitment is a powerful thing and is much better than writing something down privately.
