Working To Live vs. Living To Work

by Bryn Youngblut on May 10, 2011

While playing 36 holes of golf yesterday with a buddy of mine we got to talking about how many people don’t understand how we can play so much golf. It’s costly and time consuming. Most people I know only have time to play at night after work or on weekends.

I understand how most people don’t have the luxury to be able to do whatever they want whenever they want, so I take complete advantage of it. Who wouldn’t?

I watched a short video the other day titled 3 things I learned while my plane crashed (watch it, it’s inspirational). It got me thinking about how short life is and how we need to utilize every moment that we have. I particularly liked when he talks about being a “collector of bad wine” and how he no longer wants to postpone anything in life.

So, are you working to live or living to work?
