I teach music in my spare time.  I would say that if you want to learn any instrument you should put aside at least 20 minutes every day to practice.  If you can adhere to this you will quickly improve and learn to play.  (Assuming you have a teacher or a method of learning the instrument)  Its like anything - if you work at it you will get better - if you don&#039;t you will not improve.  Most people are not born with great musical abilities - they put in a lot of hard work to get there.  Good luck with it.
