Hi, Twitter is great for getting your message out quickly. They call it micro blogging and I guess that's a good description. You've got some useful tools shown here. I don't use any of the tools you mentioned. But then again, I'm not a very active user of Twitter. I only use it to follow folks I know and could care less about getting a ton of followers.
