I achieved all the goals I set for myself this year, actually I did much better than I thought. So I went out for the boxing day sale and got myself a new 24inch Samsung Syncmaster LCD Monitor. It’s really not much of a big deal or that huge of a thing but It’s really all I want right now. I am definitely happy with it.
I’d love to hear if anyone else treated themselves with new stuff for having a good year or for any reason really.

Bought a new car. Setting some higher goals for 09′. I think something I will focus more on in 09′ will be monthly goals rather than yearly.

That’s a pretty sweet gift to yourself 😉
I’m currently saving up for a house, so that’s my next purchase.

I bought myself a new laptop the other day, although I’m still using my desktop. January 1st, however, I’m making the switch. I’m currently making up my goals for 2009 – I did pretty good hitting my 2008 goals!

Best Buy was sold out of the 22″ monitors I wanted to buy by the time I got there. I’ve got two already so four should be awesome when I can get a good deal!
Nice monitor though, Samsungs have treated me fantastically in the past!

4 monitors? That would be pretty sweet man.

It would be if I could find the ones I want for the price I want to pay (aka a price my wife will let me pay). If I were you, I’d go buy another one of your new monitors and run a dual monitor setup. It’s amazing how much faster it makes everything go – in fact I’m not sure I could use a computer regularly without at least two monitors.

I had a great year except for income! That actually makes a lot of sense, but it would take way to long to explain. LOL
