					<description><![CDATA[Bryn I am glad you wrote , what you did and I am glad you were open to having a conversation and not a pissing contest . I also agree with what you wrote based on what you saw. I think it is very important in our industry to have a two way communication . I been around for a while and lets face it at my age of 32 I am an old man in this biz , so I am always open to learn and listen . Having a big Ego, like many people have in this biz will get you nowhere .  Even though we are just starting to work together I value our relationship very much and &quot; Whatever happens always happens for the best &quot; even though it is hard to see sometimes .
