I kind of come from the same place. I find the more I get out and go to the gym during the day, the more results I get. Maybe it’s because when you step away from the computer, you let everything process naturally and your motivations and ideas become clear about what you need to do… and what you DON’T need to do.

I heard it somewhere that if you plan 10 minutes or so organizing your work early in the morning each day, you can save up to 2 – 3 hours of spending time on thing that doesn’t really matter.
